Eiwa Strawberry Marshmallow 65g

Eiwa's Strawberry Marshmallows are soft marshmallows made with strawberry powder and filled with a sweet-and-tangy strawberry jelly center. They are delicious enjoyed on their own or added to yogurt for a fruity treat. As shown in the recipe image, they can also be used to make a simple caramel popcorn: melt butter in a frying pan, add the marshmallows and stir with a wooden spatula until melted, then remove from heat, toss in popcorn, mix quickly, and serve once slightly cooled.
