Kurashifuku Shoten's Ginger & Mushroom Mixed Rice Seasoning (混ぜご飯の素) is a convenient rice seasoning kit packed with colorful ingredients including buna-shimeji mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, carrot, and nozawana greens, all brought together with a refreshing ginger aroma. One pouch is designed for 2 cups (2-go) of cooked rice. It can also be used in creative ways — mixed into pasta or stir-fried into fried rice. Using glutinous rice instead of regular rice will yield an okowa-style sticky rice dish.
