This is a collaboration product between Kuzefuku Shoten and Hinode-ya Confectionery, famous for their white shrimp senbei. The combination of Kuzefuku's "multipurpose dashi" and white shrimp creates exceptional compatibility. First the dashi aroma rises, then the white shrimp flavor gently spreads throughout. The white shrimp senbei uses white shrimp called "the jewel of Toyama Bay," Toyama rice "Tentakaku," and underground water from the Tateyama mountain range. This is the crystallization of Hinode-ya Confectionery's commitment to local production for local consumption. After countless trials and errors, it was launched in 1998 and has been loved as a Toyama specialty ever since.
