A limited seasonal edition from the Marumiya Kamameshi no Moto series for making traditional Japanese takikomi gohan (seasoned mixed rice). This special version features three kinds of bamboo shoots — large-cut moso bamboo shoots, crunchy machiku bamboo shoots, and slender bamboo shoots — combined with carrots, konjac, and fried tofu.
A separate seasoning broth is included to enhance the natural aroma and flavor of the bamboo shoots, creating a rich and authentic Japanese mixed rice dish when cooked with 3 cups of rice.
