Mitsubishi Shokuhin Karada Shift Green Curry Low-Carb 140g

Karada Shift (からだシフト) is a product line by Mitsubishi Shokuhin designed for carbohydrate-conscious eating. This Green Curry features the rich creaminess of coconut milk balanced with the heat of spices, and delivers a full-flavoured curry experience with 50% less sugar compared to the Japanese Food Standard Composition Table (8th edition, 2023 supplementary edition). The bag can go straight into the microwave without opening — no extra dishes needed.

• Microwaveable in the bag without opening: stand the bag upright in the centre of the microwave — 500W for 1 min 20 sec, or 600W for 1 min 10 sec. Use the handles on both ends of the bag to remove it, then transfer to a plate to serve. Note: auto-heat mode cannot be used. If the bag touches the microwave ceiling, transfer contents to a heat-resistant container, cover with wrap, and heat. The bag will expand during heating but steam is released naturally through the steam vent.
• Can also be heated by boiling: without opening the bag, place the whole bag into boiling water and boil for approximately 5 minutes, then transfer to a plate to serve. Do not cover the pot with a lid while boiling.
