Muso Organic Fresh Konjac Shirataki Noodles 150g

Muso's organic shirataki noodles are certified organic (JAS) and made using 100% organically grown konjac potatoes from Hiroshima Prefecture. Unlike conventional products, these noodles are made from whole konjac potatoes ground skin-on — no konjac flour is used — preserving the natural flavor of the konjac. As a coagulant, calcium hydroxide derived from Hokkaido scallop shells is used instead of mineral-derived lime, resulting in noodles with noticeably less of the characteristic konjac odor.
