This Addictive Umami Chive (Nira) blend is inspired by an off-menu dish from a Yanaka Ginza hidden gem, combining rich pork umami with soy sauce and red chili pepper. Simply microwave chives for one minute, add the seasoning, and toss — no cooking skills required.

• Flavored with pork umami, soy sauce, and red chili pepper for an addictive savory-spicy taste
• Quick preparation: spread chives (100g, cut to 4cm) in a microwave-safe container, loosely cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 1 minute; then add sesame oil and the seasoning, toss until well combined
