This Stamina Atsuage Steak blend is inspired by an off-menu secret dish from a legendary neighborhood Chinese eatery, crafted with rich douchi miso (fermented black bean paste) for deep umami and kokumi, balanced with the bold kick of red chili and garlic. One packet seasons a satisfying thick-fried tofu steak for two, with a sauce so addictive it keeps you coming back for more.
