This product recreates the signature "Loose Fried Rice" (ルース炒飯) topping from Choraku (兆楽), a hugely popular Chinese restaurant in Shibuya Center-gai, Tokyo. The thick, savory ankake-style sauce is made with chicken bone broth umami, the richness of oyster sauce, and crunchy bamboo shoots, poured over rice just like the restaurant's iconic dish.
