Shipping Weight & Refunds
If the shipping fee you paid is significantly higher than the actual cost, we will refund the difference after shipment.
Japan Post: Shipping weight may be calculated heavier than actual packed weight. We use conservative settings to avoid undercharging at checkout.
DHL / FedEx: Fees are based on both weight and package size. For bulky items (snack bags, noodle cups, etc.), weight settings are adjusted to reflect required package volume.
