Hachi Foods presents this Yokohama Chinese-Style Curry as part of the Rurubu x HACHI collaboration series. The sauce is built on a carefully simmered gala (bone broth) soup enriched with two types of Chinese condiments — tianmian sauce (sweet bean paste) and doubanjiang (spicy fermented bean paste) — then combined with onion and beef and finished with sesame oil.
