Chotto Donburi is a light-colored seasoning mix designed to make egg-based rice bowl dishes such as oyakodon (chicken and egg bowl) and tamagodon (egg bowl) easy to prepare at home. The light color of the seasoning is suited for dishes where you want the natural color of eggs to stand out.
