Kubara Soy Sauce – Ago Dashi Hakata Mizutaki Hot Pot 800g
A traditional Hakata-style chicken hot pot made with a rich white chicken broth, enhanced with grilled flying fish (ago) dashi and Kubara’s original fish sauce. Enjoy the deep umami flavor without ponzu for the first taste.
- Serving Size: 800g (for 3–4 people)
- Flavor: Rich, creamy chicken broth with grilled flying fish dashi
- Recommended Ingredients: Chicken thigh (250g), meatballs (200g), cabbage (1/4 head), leek (1), shiitake mushrooms (3–4), mizuna greens (1 bunch), tofu (1/2 block)
- How to Cook:
- Cut ingredients into bite-size pieces.
- Shake well and pour soup into a pot. Bring to a boil.
- Add chicken and meatballs, skim off foam.
- Add vegetables and tofu. Simmer until cooked through.
- Finishing Touch: Recommended to end with fluffy egg zosui (Japanese rice porridge).
