Kusefuku Shoten Eryngii Butter Soy Sauce Mixed Rice Seasoning 150g

Kusefuku Shoten's Mixed Rice Seasoning (Maze Gohan no Moto) features eryngii mushrooms sourced from Nagano Prefecture (Shinshu). The product has been updated from a jar format to a convenient retort pouch for easier use and improved shelf life. Two types of eryngii — fresh and dried — are used together to enhance both texture and umami. Multiple soy sauce varieties were tested during development to best complement the butter aroma and achieve the characteristic charred soy sauce flavor.
