Kusefuku Shoten's Nozawana Chirimen Mixed Rice Seasoning is a ready-to-mix rice topping featuring salted nozawana (Japanese pickled greens) known for its satisfying crunchy texture. It combines nozawana with an assortment of mushrooms — beech mushroom, enoki, nameko, and shiitake — along with carrot and shirasu (dried baby sardines), seasoned with soy sauce, bonito extract, and ume vinegar. To serve, simply mix the contents into freshly cooked warm rice.
