Ningyocho Imahan Fresh Kuzukiri with Black Honey & Kinako 135g

Ningyocho Imahan, the long-established restaurant known for sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, teppanyaki, and Japanese cuisine, presents this premium fresh kuzukiri dessert. Made with Yoshino kudzu powder from Nara Prefecture, these flat noodle-shaped kuzukiri have a characteristically chewy, elastic texture that clings well to the included original black honey (kuromitsu). A packet of kinako (roasted soybean flour) is also included so you can enjoy a change in flavor.

• How to prepare: ① Rinse under water, then boil in a pot of boiling water until the noodles turn transparent (approx. 3–5 minutes). ② Once transparent, drain through a sieve, cool in cold water, drain again, plate, and drizzle with the included black honey. Sprinkle kinako to enjoy a change of flavor. Can also be served with ice cream or anko (sweet red bean paste).
