Kyokuyo's Sabakan Tomato Pazza is a canned mackerel dish inspired by the Italian classic acqua pazza, reimagined with a tomato-based sauce. The mackerel is slowly simmered in a specially made tomato sauce using Kagome fully ripened tomatoes, along with garlic, onion, white wine, and consommé.
